Need tips on how to minister?

I saw this on Pinterest today. Seem so simple, but often we forget it's about the simple things.

Making new ministering assignments

How's everyone doing with including the YW in ministering?
I wanted to share an organization tip. Our RS President got a huge magnetic board, similar to a dry erase board. She has created little magnetic strips with each sister's name. On her board it shows each companionship and who they minister to. Companionships are one color, who they minister to are another color. We have found this board to be really helpful to quickly make changes or see who is being ministered to and by whom. It was especially helpful when first making changes so we didn't lose track of any sister and were able to see everything at once.

A ministering resource...

Right after general conference, Neil Anderson gave a speech at BYU on ministering.  He's talking to students, but the ideas are there for this new holier approach of ministering for our sisters. It's a 30 minute listen but the link will take you to the text as well.  This could be a resource for a counsel meeting on ministering.
Here's the link, Happy listening or reading!

Thank you!

I really appreciate you putting this together. I think it will be a huge help to the RS presidencies in our stake. It will be so convenient because we can all do it on our own schedule and everyone can contribute!

Hello!  I'm mainly just experimenting to see if I can figure this out!
And I also have a question - is "reliefsocitey" in the blog title intentionally misspelled?
Thanks!

An Article from the Desert News on Minstering

Here's a link to an article from the Desert News about ministering.  Here's a snippet from my girl, Sharon Eubank...
Sharing ideas she learned recently in her ward Relief Society, Sister Eubank said she realized that one of the main things holding sisters back from ministering to one another as true disciples of Christ is a fear of judgment from one another.
Relating her experiences and realizations to the biblical story of the adulteress who was brought before Christ, Sister Eubank explained, “They drag her before Jesus and they throw her down, and everybody has stones in their hands and they’re just waiting.” Recognizing that everyone sins and that some people’s sins are simply more visible than others’, Sister Eubank said, “We are all before the Lord asking for His grace, asking for Him to help us.
"We’ve got to just put down our rocks and help lift up people and say, ‘I won’t judge you either,’ and extend the grace of God,” Sister Eubank said. “It’s something I’m trying to do in my own life, to be more like the Savior and just say, ‘I’ll lift you up and give you hope, I’m your friend’ and go from there. That’s I guess the ultimate kind of ministering.”
