I am experimenting too! (Good idea Wanda!) Also, I would love to hear how everyone is making Ministering changes in your ward. Are you making lots of changes now, or just those that need attention? How are you including the YW? If a YW is paired with a sister other than her mother, there needs to be 2 deep leadership, so how will you handle that? Thanks! Chris
